On the morning of June 30th, Jiaxing City grandly held a commendation ceremony for "Two Excellent and One First-rate." The Communist Party Committee of ZhenShi Holdings Group Co., Ltd. was awarded the title of "Advanced Grassroots Party Organization of Jiaxing City."

At the ceremony, Zhang Yuqiang, Party Secretary and Chairman of the Board of Directors of ZhenShi Holdings Group, as a representative of the city's advanced grassroots party organizations, delivered a speech titled "Red Boat Leads the Way, Strong Wind Blows; Industrial Revitalization Begins a New Journey" on the 20th anniversary of the Red Boat spirit, sharing the vivid practices and profound insights of ZhenShi Holdings Group's high-quality development under the leadership of the Party.

Chairman Zhang Yuqiang reviewed ZhenShi's history of breakthroughs: from being one of the first batch of pilot enterprises for shareholding system reform in Zhejiang and one of the first batch of mixed-ownership reform benchmarks in the country, to breaking through the "bottleneck" technologies of Europe and America and achieving the world's first innovative photovoltaic new materials; from building smart factories and zero-carbon bases to actively responding to the "Belt and Road" initiative and achieving global layout. He emphasized that ZhenShi people have always empowered themselves with mechanism innovation, opened the way with technological breakthroughs, improved efficiency with digital transformation, and expanded globally through chain integration. This year, in particular, the Dongfang Special Steel Green High-end Nickel-Chromium New Material Intelligent Manufacturing Project is under full construction, using the innovative model of "National Progress Together" and product innovation through domestic substitution to help Jiaxing build a strategically emerging industrial cluster with international competitiveness. "'First Creation' is a gene ingrained in the bones of ZhenShi people, allowing ZhenShi to remain vibrant in the midst of change."

Adhering to 'Working Practically' and forging an iron army with the 'Spirit of Struggle'

Chairman Zhang Yuqiang recounted ZhenShi's history of unyielding practice: from carrying back the first wire-drawing machine in 1972 and achieving "World's No. 1 in Fiberglass" after more than 40 years of struggle, to persisting in "chasing the wind" for 20 years and reaching the top of the global wind power base material; from the 18-year transformation of an old steel plant into a national-level green steel enterprise, to the 15 years of hard work in Indonesia to build a million-ton nickel-iron industrial city. These achievements are due to the ZhenShi iron army, capable of fighting tough battles under the leadership of the Party committee, and to the belief in overcoming difficulties, serving the country through industry, and pursuing long-term goals. He proudly pointed out that the ZhenShi Shares New Materials Industrial Park was completed and put into production in just one year, becoming the largest user of fiberglass and the largest producer of new composite materials globally. "'Struggle' is the unchanging bottom line of ZhenShi people, ensuring that ZhenShi people have smiles on their faces, strength in their hands, firm steps, and love in their hearts!"

Persisting in 'Staying Ahead' and contributing to common prosperity with the 'Spirit of Dedication'

Chairman Zhang Yuqiang elaborated on ZhenShi's history of common construction and sharing of common prosperity: ZhenShi is rooted in Jiaxing, deeply cultivating its main business, and continuously practicing its original mission of "Revitalizing China, as Solid as a Rock." It firmly and unswervingly strengthens and improves the real economy, defines new material benchmarks in the cultivation of new productive forces, builds a new highland of headquarters economy in the construction of a dual-circulation pattern, leads employees to create together, drives upstream and downstream enterprises to build together, empowers regional economic common prosperity, and truly reflects the common creation of enterprise development and all employees, and the sharing of enterprise achievements with all employees. It has created over 6,000 jobs in Jiaxing, with employees' income steadily increasing; it has invested 20 million yuan to establish a common prosperity fund, actively carrying out charity and volunteer services such as assisting students and the disabled, demonstrating the new achievements and new style of private enterprises in the new era. At the meeting, Chen Wei, Secretary of the Jiaxing Municipal Committee, praised ZhenShi's vision and ambition of "Revitalizing China, as Solid as a Rock," extending the tendrils of the sweet potato economy to the world, and praised the ZhenShi iron army under the leadership of the ZhenShi Party Committee for practicing the "Red Boat Spirit" of "First Creation, Struggle, and Dedication" in tackling major projects.
