On the morning of June 20, Wang Hao, Secretary of the Zhejiang Provincial Committee of the CPC, visited Zhenshi for investigation and guidance during his attendance at the provincial symposium on high-quality integrated development of urban and rural areas in Tongxiang. Wang Cheng, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Committee, and provincial leaders Peng Jiaxue, Liu Fei, and Zhang Zhenfeng, among others, participated in the investigation. Chen Wei, Secretary of the CPC Jiaxing Municipal Committee, and Wang Jian, Secretary of the CPC Tongxiang Municipal Committee, accompanied them. Zhang Yuqiang, Party Secretary and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Zhenshi Holding Group, reported on the company's development, and Zhang Jiankan, President of Zhenshi Holding Group, participated in the reception.

This investigation is an important part of the on-site observation of the provincial symposium on integrated urban-rural development, aiming to understand firsthand how leading enterprises activate endogenous momentum through industrial development, drive employment and common prosperity, and promote the integration of urban and rural factors.

At the Zhenshi Intelligent Demonstration Center, Chairman Zhang Yuqiang detailed Zhenshi's development journey, starting from a township enterprise, undergoing shareholding system reform in 1989, and experiencing four stages of entrepreneurship: specialization, diversification, internationalization, and clustering. He also highlighted the company's practices in promoting the integrated development of industries. In recent years, facing a complex and changing external environment, Zhenshi has remained confident in the Chinese economy, the global market, and future development. Major projects such as the Zhenshi Shares New Materials Industrial Park, the Dongfang Special Steel Green High-end Nickel-Chromium New Material Intelligent Manufacturing Project, and the Zhenshi Plaza are taking shape. The number of innovative products, such as wind power materials using the longest leaf and the "from 0 to 1" composite frame, is increasing. The advantages of internationalization in Indonesia and Spain are becoming apparent. The industrial structure is being optimized, and the company's resilience to market cycles is strengthening, providing important support for the formation of regional characteristic industrial clusters.

After learning about Zhenshi's development history, major project construction, and key sector transformation and upgrading, Secretary Wang Hao praised Zhenshi's international development model of "investing abroad, using foreign resources, supporting other countries, and developing itself." He considered this a vivid example of Zhejiang enterprises actively integrating into the global market, optimizing resource allocation, and smoothing domestic and international circulation. He also pointed out that large private enterprises in Tongxiang, such as Zhenshi, have not only made significant contributions to driving employment and common prosperity and promoting economic development but have also achieved orderly intergenerational succession. He expressed hope that the pioneering spirit of the "first generation of entrepreneurs" will be further carried forward.

The Fenghuang Lake Headquarters Economic Zone, where Zhenshi's headquarters is located, is the area with the highest concentration of global leading enterprises in specific industries in the Jiaxing region. The total planned area of this zone is approximately 630 mu (approximately 42 hectares), and it has already gathered 15 leading enterprise headquarters, including Zhenshi, with a total investment exceeding 10 billion yuan. It is a key practice area for Tongxiang City in implementing the "strengthening cities, developing villages, and promoting integration" strategy and exploring integrated urban-rural development. As the first enterprise to enter the Fenghuang Lake Headquarters Economic Zone, Zhenshi has absorbed a large number of local jobs by building a full-chain industrial ecosystem, which is a concrete manifestation of industrial empowerment of urban-rural integration.

"In the past, we focused on producing fiberglass; now we focus on its applications." Chairman Zhang Yuqiang stated that Zhenshi has extended its industrial chain value downstream, digesting one million tons of fiberglass raw materials annually in Tongxiang alone, promoting the leapfrog development of the "wind, solar, and electricity" industry. Enterprises are not only the main body of industrial development but also an important force in promoting local urban-rural integration. Taking the fiberglass composite materials sector as an example, currently, over 90% of Zhenshi's raw materials are purchased locally in Tongxiang. A complete local supporting enterprise cluster covering upstream and downstream links such as raw and auxiliary materials, packaging materials, processed parts, and hardware has spontaneously formed around Zhenshi, the "chain master." At the same time, Zhenshi, with the Fenghuang Lake headquarters base as its core, extends its "vine tendrils" to the whole world, forming a new development pattern of "headquarters in Tongxiang, bases overseas, and marketing globally," continuously strengthening its headquarters roots in Zhejiang.

From the initial mission of "revitalizing Shimen" to the grand vision of "revitalizing China, as solid as a rock," facing the provincial strategic deployment of promoting "strengthening cities, developing villages, and promoting integration," Zhenshi will always be rooted in Tongxiang, focusing on its main business, unswervingly strengthening and improving the real economy, and continuously playing a leading and exemplary role for backbone enterprises. It will contribute to regional economic development with higher-quality development achievements and contribute Zhenshi's strength to deepening urban-rural integration and promoting common prosperity.
