Jiaxing's pilot platform facilitates the crucial leap from '1 to 100' in the innovation industrialization process.

The Third Plenary Session of the 20th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China (CPC) pointed out the need to accelerate the planning and construction of a batch of concept verification and pilot test verification platforms. This year's Government Work Report of the State Council proposed accelerating the construction of concept verification, pilot test verification, and industry-specific technology platforms, marking the elevation of pilot test platform construction to a national strategic project. In recent years, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (MIIT) has also successively issued relevant documents to provide strategic guidance for the national pilot test platform construction. On the 23rd of last month, the Provincial Conference on Deepening the Integration of Scientific and Technological Innovation and Industrial Innovation pointed out the need to strengthen the construction of the scientific and technological service system, accelerate the layout of a batch of pilot test platforms, and promote more scientific and technological achievements from samples to products, forming industries.
